Location and Remote

This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require you to travel roughly once a month to meet up with the team at any one of our UK sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reporting solutions for internal and external planning and reporting challenges related to student data.
  • Enhance reporting on student data for internal and external audiences in line with Operational Research needs.
  • Support strategic and business decision-making through timely and accurate analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • Experience working with large and multisource datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and visualisation concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data analytical systems and governance.
  • Experience in business intelligence and insight generation for senior management.

Desirable Skills

  • Qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics, Computing or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statutory data returns relevant to higher education.
  • Experience in a Higher Education or Regulatory environment.
