Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission


As a Data Analyst supporting Business Change and Transformation, you’ll harness data insights to drive adoption, measure impact, and enhance stakeholder engagement across major digital and organisational change programmes.


Responsibilities

  • Engaging with change and project teams to define data requirements for adoption and engagement measurement
  • Gathering, processing, and analysing datasets to uncover trends and behavioural insights
  • Applying analytics to assess training, communications, and change effectiveness
  • Developing interactive dashboards and visualisations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate adoption metrics and KPIs
  • Supporting user‑centric design by analysing user needs and accessibility feedback
  • Collaborating with IT and change teams to optimise data integration and reporting processes
  • Ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance within regulated environments
  • Designing KPIs and metrics to monitor adoption rates, performance, and business outcomes
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending data‑driven solutions
  • Supporting knowledge transfer through analytics frameworks that empower internal teams

Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and interpreting large datasets within transformation or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of change analytics, adoption data, and engagement measurement
  • Experience in designing and tracking KPIs and performance frameworks
  • Skilled in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration across business and IT teams
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tools
  • Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Change Management, or a related field

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience analysing behavioural and user feedback data in digital transformation
  • Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in process improvement and benefits realisation analytics
  • Prior experience in highly regulated industries such as nuclear, defence, or energy
