Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
  • Knowledge of JIRA to administer, configure, implement and design Jira instances
  • Customise workflows and issue tracking and reporting
  • Tableau skills to include Tableau Desktop, data modelling and manipulation, data visualisation, creation of interactive dashboards and reports
  • A degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent demonstrable and relevant experience)

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Maintain data sets within MS Excel, Tableau and JIRA
  • Produce reports based on data sets to enable briefing of management teams
  • Manage databases, including linking datasets using Microsoft Excel Power Query
  • Interpret and manage large quantities of data
  • Plan and implement tasks effectively, managing timing plans with a professional, outcome-focused approach
  • Database backups and recovery
  • ETL experience
