A market leading Defence client of ours is currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in Electronics Engineering to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will leverage data to optimize low-volume production processes for complex defence electronics, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse complex datasets across the electronics production lifecycle.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in manufacturing, testing, and supply chain processes.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product performance.
Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and quality specialists to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive improvements in data collection methods, tools, and management practices.
Contribute to the development of performance measurement frameworks across production areas.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
Strong background in Electronics Engineering.
Familiarity with low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing processes.
Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to varied audiences.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
