Hayley Group Limited have an opening for a Data Analyst to work within our well-established and experienced Services & Solutions based in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data from a range of sources across the company, reporting on findings to further improve business operations.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as our Data Analyst will include:

Extracting and analysing data from various sources.

Monitoring pricing to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

Providing actionable insights to improve product and service offerings.

Tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Assisting in the development of customer success best practices.

Support the development of customer success content and resources.

Assisting in the accurate reporting of Added Value initiatives.

Researching and reporting on competitor activity.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Data Analyst:

A strong analytical mindset.

A good level of practical experience in using Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of SmartSheets and SharePoint would be advantageous.

Experience within MRO distribution and added-value services would be beneficial.

Good level of communication skills and able to work both independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
