Overview

Dechra is on a journey of significant change, and we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Transformation Office (TO). This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a growing, global organisation.

This range is provided by Dechra. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Why this role matters

As a Data Analyst in our Transformation Office, you'll work alongside the TO Director and senior stakeholders to provide analysis that drives decision-making at the highest level. Your insights will help identify risks, highlight opportunities, and ensure that Dechra\'s ambitious DART plan delivers real impact.

You won\'t just crunch numbers - you\'ll tell the story behind the data, create compelling visuals, and give leaders the information they need to take action. This is more than an analyst role: it's a chance to directly influence how transformation unfolds across the business.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc data analysis that informs discussions and drives action.
  • Perform data modelling and translate complex datasets into clear, engaging insights and visuals for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop dashboards and reports in WAVE (our transformation system), and coach them to use it effectively.
  • Monitor data quality, drive adoption of the platform, and act as guardian of accurate, high-quality information.
  • Support DART personal goal achievement analysis, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and keep initiatives moving forward with accountability.
What we\'re looking for
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, visualisation techniques).
  • Confidence in interpreting financial data and understanding how initiatives affect company P&L.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience building impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights.
  • The ability to engage and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills - balancing multiple projects and priorities with ease.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools is a bonus, as is exposure to financial modelling or forecasting techniques.
Why join Dechra?
  • Be at the centre of a high-profile business transformation, with direct visibility to senior leaders.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your insights drive real outcomes.
  • Gain experience with WAVE, a cutting-edge transformation platform used by leading global organisations.
  • Develop both your technical and business skills in a role that offers genuine career progression.

At Dechra, you\'ll make a tangible impact from day one. If you\'re excited about using data to power transformation, we\'d love to hear from you.
