Data Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term at Flair Rugs

As a Data Analyst, you will help build a single source of truth at Flair Rugs. Based in Glossop, the role focuses on making data more consistent, accessible and useful across the business. You will lead work on mapping, migration and validation, supporting everyday decision-making and longer-term change. With clearer insight and better foundations, colleagues can rely on the information that keeps our products and planning moving forward.

What We’re Looking for…



  • Experience in a data analysis, governance or operations role
  • Strong understanding of data profiling, cleansing and ownership
  • Comfortable with cloud-based data tools or data warehouse environments
  • Able to document rules, definitions and data structures clearly
  • Confident working across teams to connect systems and reporting
  • Exposure to system migrations, validation or data contracts
  • Understanding of supply chain or retail data
  • Experience supporting data governance or master data frameworks

What You’ll Be Doing…



  • Auditing existing data sources and mapping where ownership sits
  • Designing and implementing quality checks and cleansing rules
  • Building reference materials such as data dictionaries and definitions
  • Supporting data migration, validation and reporting for new systems
  • Helping ensure teams have access to accurate, consistent and usable data

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week


Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
