The Role

Unbiased is growing, and so are our data needs. In this role, you’ll be using your analytical expertise to transform data into actionable insights, which will help drive strategic decision-making and continued business success.


We’re looking for someone who’s insanely curious, is great at working at speed and is comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll have strong business and commercial knowledge and get to the ‘so what’ based on the analysis you do. You help shape the right analysis for the decision at hand.


Responsibilities

  • Translating business questions into analytical work and presenting clear data “stories” to stakeholders.
  • Producing high-quality analysis and building robust reporting – helping drive business decisions, single source of truth and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Working closely with our Data Engineer to ensure the data needs of the business are being met.
  • Democratizing data across the business – upskilling new and existing colleagues on data literacy and our BI tool, Looker.
  • Assessing, profiling, and QA’ing datasets to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and analysis to provide timely insights across the business.
  • Updating and improving regular reports.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years’ hands‑on experience in an analytics or consultancy role.
  • Experience conducting analysis projects.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills – a highly analytical & commercially minded approach to deliver impactful results.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, GA, GTM.
  • Experience with a range of analytics tools and knowledge of SQL.
  • Ideally experience with Looker and LookML.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to propose new angles or untapped opportunities.
