Cutover Lead - Data Architect Telecoms Sector - INSIDE IR35 - £450 PER DAY - 6-12 Months Hybrid Role 2/3 days onsite in London

Position Overview:

RED GLOBAL are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Data Migration Architect with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale data migration projects within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, planning, and implementing complex data migrations, ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption, and seamless transition to target systems. You will be a strategic leader, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable data migration solutions that meet our evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Design:

Develop comprehensive data migration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Design and architect end-to-end data migration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.

Define data quality standards, data cleansing procedures, and data validation processes.

Assess legacy systems and data sources to identify migration challenges and opportunities.

Evaluate and select appropriate data migration tools and technologies.
