Operating across Europe, North America, and APAC with an expanding SaaS portfolio, we are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us for a12 month FTC

We are looking for an innovative, results-drivenCustomer Lifecycle Marketing Managerto own and optimise the customer journey across all lifecycle stages. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Education, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute targeted, personalised marketing initiatives. Your work will be key to driving engagement, retention, and growth—enhancing customer lifetime value.

What you’ll do

Design and executelifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.Develop tailored experiences and messagingfor each stage of the customer journey.Deliver impactful marketing contentthrough relevant communication channels.Collaborate cross-functionallyto align strategies and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Drive lifecycle progressionby implementing targeted campaigns that move customers seamlessly through their journey.Increase feature adoption and expansionby promoting key product features and encouraging additional user sign-ups.Improve communication engagementthrough optimised messaging across email, in-app notifications (Intercom), and other digital touchpoints.Personalise messagingusing data insights, customer research, and product value propositions to enhance relevance and impact.Measure successby tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, lifecycle progression, retention, and churn.

Lifecycle marketing expertise– Experience managing and optimising customer communications across multiple lifecycle stages.Data-driven mindset– Ability to analyse customer data and use insights to refine strategies.Technical proficiency– Comfortable using marketing automation and analytics tools such asIntercom, HubSpot, and Salesforce.Strong communication skills– Excellent copywriting and messaging skills to engage customers effectively.Project management– Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives from conception to execution.Stakeholder management– Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, aligning efforts, and reporting commercial outcomes to senior leadership.

Desirables

B2B SaaS experience– Understanding of high-volume B2B SaaS environments and their unique challenges.Customer-centric mindset– Ability to anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.Strategic planning– Experience in long-term planning and aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Innovative thinking– Creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
