They are looking to significantly ramp up andgrow their strategy consulting presence in the GlobalPharmaceutical, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector and as such arelooking for a new Consulting Director to join the team focussed onStrategy & Execution across the Customer / Commercial (Sales,Marketing, CRM, N.P.I, GTM) competence area. This is awell-established, well invested into consulting practice, with agreat reputation for providing honest, innovative, sustainable anddemonstrable transformation results on behalf of their Pharma, LifeSciences, Med Tech, Med devices clientsRolesThese are classicDirector level C-Suite consulting roles – blend of (remote, officeand client location), where you will have the opportunity to helpshape and take responsibility for some of the world’s mostambitious and complex Customer / Commercial transformation projectsand programs across the Pharma, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector.As a director within the group, you will act as a thought-partnerto Senior level Commercial leaders within the Pharma, Life Sciencessector, building trust, advocacy and confidence and in doing sohelping them to ideate and solve complex problems within theirFront office (Customer, Sales, Marketing teams). The practice hasdeep expertise across the whole spectrum of front office change andcovers a broad remit though typical areas of project program workwill include : Customer and experience strategy - Customer growthstrategy, Customer segmentation, Customer Experience strategy anddesign, Value proposition development, Digital customer insightsand analytics: Marketing & Sales - Marketing strategy andoperating model, Portfolio and brand management, Sales forcestrategy and effectiveness Channel and GTM strategy, Salesorganisation design and alignment, Digital marketing and commercestrategy: Customer Analytics - Consumer insight, Marketinganalytics, Sales analytics, Big data and digital analytics.Furthermore, you will lead and support projects for clients thatdeliver best in class results leveraging capabilities from acrossthe client firm in the areas listed above. Outside of engagements,Directors are considered mentors within the firm, acting aspeople-managers and career coaches across the team and across thePharma, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector.CandidatesThese roles areboth sales and delivery focussed. Given the origination / salestarget that these roles carry it is essential that you have aproven track record in consulting sales and can demonstrate thatsales targets were attained Y O Y and furthermore you are able todemonstrate that sales were achieved with you as the originator. Inorder to be successful, you will need extensive experience ofworking within a Tier 1 r boutique consulting organisation whereyour focus has been supporting Pharma, Bio Tech or Life Sciencesclients in large scale Supply Chain transformation projects andprograms. You will need to able to demonstrate the ability to thinkstrategically about business and industry trends in Customer(Sales, Marketing, NPI, GTM CRM) Strategy and use analytical,problem-solving techniques to break down complex issues. It isessential that you have built a solid network of contacts withinthe Pharma, Life Sciences sector, experience in managing largescale often disparate teams and a reputation for delivering qualitywork for clients, demonstrating an understanding of the clientsprofessional standards and maintaining respectful clientrelationships. In summary we are seeking an individual who isgenuinely passionate and thrives in resolving complex Customerissues on behalf of clients.
