About the Role:

Working as part of a busy finance team, you will be the Credit Controller for our business, helping to keep the cash rolling in.

You'll play a crucial role in managing and collecting outstanding debts, setting up credit orders and accounts, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Your intuition and sharp eye for detail will be imperative, as you'll be a key person to help the business stop fraudulent transactions, whether that be by email, credit card, or credit account.

Some of the day-to-day elements include:

  • Chase overdue invoices with firm but friendly reminder
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and collections
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Provide top-notch service to our clients and internal stakeholders


What We Need from You:

  • Strong demonstrable experience in a Credit Control role
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A sharp eye for spotting frauds and inconsistencies
  • A positive attitude


About the team:

This isn't just any Finance team, this is the Novatech Finance team!
