You will absolutely loveCreative Concepting, Design, Copywriting, Strategy and Art Direction.You will see your work come to live with creative roll-out and work within an incredible studio. You will form part of a close-knit team that will work together to deliver integrated campaigns.
This is a very hands-on creative role working closely with the wider team, clients and you will have the opportunity to go on shoot/ site to see some of the live work come together!
Location:Manchester central 3 days a week
Salary:30k-45k
Our client is a leading communications agency known for our exceptional creativity and innovative approach. Their diverse portfolio spans across various mediums, including campaign, social, video production, events, experiential, advertising and brand.
As a Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and aesthetic direction of their clients projects. Working closely with the agency's talented team of designers, production and creative professionals, you will lead the charge in conceptualising and executing cutting-edge creative production. You will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that the creative vision is consistently achieved while meeting project objectives.
You will be that creative spark that thrives in a busy-environment and pushing the boundaries with ideas (that are also commercially viable!).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate artistic concepts, design guidelines, and visual strategies for various content production projects.
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, production, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and project managers to understand project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within an Art Director or Creative Producer role within a creative agency
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic vision, conceptual thinking, and a diverse range of creative projects across multiple mediums.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- A keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
