The Role As a crucial member of our clients software team based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, you will play a vital role in the development of our clients low latency cutting-edge, network driven products. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and maintain our clients leading product, while providing technical leadership in the design and product specification process. To ensure our clients products meet the highest standards, you'll also be responsible for developing technical documentation in line with industry best practices. You will develop efficient and scalable C++ and Python code for on-premise, cloud, and edge devices. Your role includes optimizing server performance, particularly GPU utilization, and debugging applications to ensure low latency and high throughput. You will work extensively with NVIDIA DeepStream and Triton Inference Server to manage video processing and AI models. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, and you'll interface with other teams within the business to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. To maintain the highest standards, you'll also adhere to development processes including code reviews, design reviews, and best practice coding guidelines. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, particularly in the field of security systems, is essential. You'll maintain and grow your knowledge of new technologies, ensuring that our clients products stay ahead of the curve.
