We are looking for a motivated individual to join Total Guide to as a Level 3 Content Creation Apprentice. This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO strategy while working with a well-established digital platform. You will work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brands objectives.Total Guide to is a local, digital lifestyle platform providing comprehensive guides, news, and resources for communities across the UK. They help individuals and businesses stay informed, entertained, and engaged. As a growing platform, Total Guide to offers an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a passionate and creative individual looking to kickstart their career in content creation.In this role, you will work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.A Typical Day in the Job:Be involved in supporting budgets by attending talk through of client packages including what they pay and what is required.Work towards brand guidelines and objectives.Use Google Analytics to look back at previous performances.Utilise the search console to look at keywords and MOZ SEO software to look at keyword competitiveness as well as local information to create guides.Utlise editing tools such as Canva, and Photoshop creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram reels and TikTok.Work with the CMS, Artificial Intelligence platform (Right Sonic and Google Drive)Analyse and evaluate content using Google AnalyticsFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.Salary, Hours & Benefits:13,852.80 Per annumMonday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM28 days including bank holidays and Christmas.Christmas Party / Social eventsAfter completing the apprenticeship, you will gain extra holidays and your birthday offPrivate health care after 5 years of serviceDesired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them Facebook, Instagram, TikTokStrong writing and English skillsEffective communication skillsKnowledge of editing applications such as Canva and PhotoshopPrevious experience using a Content Management System is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.Can work well in a team but also independently.Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics would be advantageous but not essential.GCSE grade 5 in Maths and 4 in EnglishYour Training with Baltic:This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective content creator.Next Steps:If this sounds like the role for you, send us an application!
