If you’re fun, proactive, and all about creating excitement around learning, this could be your perfect role.About the HubsYou may work in a specialist learning hub, a local library, or even a community centre, bringing much-needed 1:1 support right to the heart of where it’s needed. Whatever the environment, you’ll be at the centre of fostering a positive, encouraging space for learning. Here, every child gets the focus, patience, and guidance they deserve – and you’ll be the one to make that happen.Why You’ll Love It Here * Meaningful Work: You’ll provide hands-on, tailored teaching for children who find mainstream classrooms challenging. * Personal Connection: You’ll work with a set group of 6-10 children, building real relationships and trust. * Bespoke Lessons: Adapt core subjects to meet each child’s needs and pace. * Professional Growth: After six months, you’re eligible for a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification if you don’t already have it – and this qualifies you for a higher pay band. * Flexible Pacing: No rushing; you’ll work at a pace that suits each child’s learning journey.Training & InductionBefore you start, we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared with a comprehensive week-long induction: * Office-Based Training to get familiar with our processes. * Shadowing: Two full days with a Senior Staff Member to see it all in action.Future OpportunitiesThere’s plenty of room to grow with us.
