Their platform offers end-to-end protection through continuous threat detection and response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. By leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and behavioural intelligence, they provide proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and compliance assurance across complex IT environments. Their solution suite includes managed detection and response (MDR), next-generation firewalls, endpoint protection, and integration with leading SIEM technologies to ensure a resilient security posture for organizations with 500 to 5000+ seats.


The Role:

As the Commercial Accounts Director, you will drive end-to-end sales efforts into the UK Midmarket and Enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships with strategic clients by articulating the value and capabilities of our CSaaS offerings. This fully remote 360° business development role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity and IT services, enabling you to identify new opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, positioning our client’s robust cybersecurity platform as the ideal solution for modern security challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • New Business Acquisition:Identify, target, and secure new midmarket and enterprise clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management:Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a seamless handover to our client’s implementation teams.
  • Client Engagement:Develop strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their cybersecurity challenges and tailoring solutions that offer tangible risk mitigation and compliance benefits.
  • Strategic Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to align product features and market insights with evolving client requirements, enhancing the overall value proposition.
  • Performance Monitoring:Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and continuously refine your approach to meet and exceed targets.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in new business development within cybersecurity, IT services, or related fields targeting midmarket and enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including managed detection and response (MDR), advanced threat prevention, and integrated compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • A self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of driving growth in a fully remote, commission-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
