Working as a Collections Data Analytics role, you will be working in the collections strategy team where you will help to improve collections performance, enhance customer experience, and drive positive benefits to the P&L. This role is responsible for analysing large volumes of data to uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions to enhance the collection strategy and identify risks and opportunities.
The Collections Data Analytics role, play a critical role in shaping and executing the collections strategy within the Fraud, Integrity and Risk Excellence Department, driving value through insightful analytics which can be used to drive change.

The must haves Demonstrable experience of data mining and analysis using analytical tools to deliver meaningful insight
Appreciation and experience of how a collections strategy team operates and works directly with the operational teams.
Good influencing and relationship building skills with experience in collaborating across different
Strong ability to find creative, high impact, high feasibility solutions using data effectively and making timely, pragmatic data-driven decisions in the face of ambiguous or conflicting situations
Able to interpret performance data, drive insight.
The other stuff we are looking for Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
Forecasting of monthly and annual churn to help support the commercial teams deliver net add growth
Development of new tableau self serve reporting and dashboards to help manage monthly performance
Work directly with data teams across the business to validate data quality and accuracy
Model bad debt write off and recovery streams working with inhouse aged debt reporting and debt collection agencies performance data
