The Role:
Lead the Cloud team in expanding their SaaS offering, reporting directly to the Head of Software. You'll mentor and grow a team of developers, data analysts, and cloud engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Cloud team, including coaching, training, and performance management
  
• Oversee cloud software releases and day-to-day team operations
  
• Coordinate development activities and manage subcontractors/suppliers
  
• Support product roadmapping and ensure platform/cloud team success
  
• Participate in code reviews and develop software processes
  
• Ensure team understanding of technical standards and new features
  
  Required Skills and Experience:
  
• Proven team leadership and excellent people management skills
  
• Experience running sprint-based agile methodologies
  
• Track record of managing software product delivery
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  
  Location: Birmingham (1 day per week on-site)
  
  Salary: £90,000
