How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Client Engagement Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead the client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of top Publicis brands, collaborating closely with the agency teams as well as internal cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for helping to drive Starcom and Publicis growth, retention and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution. The role is highly collaborative, working with Publicis agencies as well as internal cross teams internally plus working alongside your client to deliver the best-in-class objective-based solutions.

What You’ll Achieve

  • As a Client Engagement Manager, you will join our Audience Media team, which collaborates closely with Publicis Groupe agencies. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting and working alongside our Client Engagement team to deliver top-notch solutions and services to our expanding Starcom and Publicis client portfolio.
  • You will be in charge of managing audience media business across Starcom and Publicis by building relationships, educating client teams, cross-selling products and servicing current accounts.
  • You'll have ample opportunities for career growth, with access to unlimited online training, workshops with industry experts, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • This role will help you develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon’s success across Publicis and your own professional development.
