CSO , you will drive the scientific strategy, overseeing the entire
biologics development pipeline
from
target selection through IND submission . You will work closely with the
C-suite, investors, and external partners , ensuring scientific excellence and strategic execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a
pipeline strategy
from
target selection
(GPCRs & ion channels) to
IND submission .Transition
AI-designed antibody candidates
into preclinical and IND-ready biologics.Leverage
AI and machine learning
for
target validation, antibody optimization, and efficacy/tox prediction .Establish credibility with
investors, pharma, and strategic partners .Manage
collaborations, CDMOs, and preclinical model providers .Provide
scientific leadership and strategic direction
to internal R&D teams.About YouPhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.15+ years of experience
in antibody discovery, biologics development, and target selection.Proven ability to
integrate AI-driven approaches
into drug discovery.Strong
leadership skills , with experience managing scientific teams.Established track record in
investor relations and pharma partnerships .Expertise in
