YOUR PROFILE 

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering, Pre-sales Specialist, Account Management, or Solution Architect. Additionally, experience in product, operational, or data roles within the casino industry is a plus.
  • Experience of working in large scale and agile sales & operational teams.
  • KPI-driven with an ability to analyze and understand data, incl the use of required tools. Knowledge of querying languages like SQL is a plus, along with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Internally-driven and entrepreneurial, taking ownership with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactively driven to build and monitor relationships with customers and the Vaix services they use. Constantly optimizing performance, identifying breakdowns, and willing to bridge and solve issues hands-on with other contributors.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for understanding clients' potential pain points, passionate about technology, customer service, and helping others.
  • Good knowledge of sportsbook suppliers and platforms is a significant advantage in achieving success in this role.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are beneficial.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or Information Systems is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for client meetings, both domestically and internationally. 

THE CHALLENGE

  • Sales & pre-sales support for new customers: work closely with sales, new customers and internal Vaix/Sportradar teams to achieve a high-quality technical project delivery.
  • Support operators in running and optimizing their UX & services using the Sportradar/Vaix AI, constantly innovating new use cases. Their success is yours! 
  • Account Management for Vaix customers, overall responsibility for your customers and the services they use. Be your customers’ champion internally. 
  • Establish operational excellence for your customers through operational support for running Vaix products for the customer, identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency and remove obstacles. Leading role in monitoring the services, technical problem troubleshooting & solving issues, as well as new requests. 
  • Test, and help develop scalable monitoring and testing, for your customers’ services. 
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction, apply consultative methodologies and solve integration pain points within agreed SLAs. 
  • Manage multiple customers in parallel timelines and collaborate in a global and remote environment across continents and time zones.
  • Resolve business or operational queries from the customer. 
  • Identify new business opportunities addressing customer needs/issues, and involve relevant sales and product team to consult/develop a solution.
