  • Someone who can evoke emotional connections through words, visuals, and compelling narratives.

  • Creative, articulate, and passionate about the customer journey.
  • High attention to detail. 

The Role:

As our Campaigns, Content & Social Lead, you’ll:

  • Own, plan and execute campaigns that celebrate seasonal highlights, special occasions, and exclusive offers.
  • Craft compelling story led content that creates an emotional connection with our customers, bringing our brand’s story to life.
  • Own and rejuvenate our organic social feeds with fresh, original content, both your own and collaborating with in-house teams and freelance creators.
  • Manage website content, ensuring that new campaigns and stories align with our values and engage our audience.
  • Work closely with our agency to develop SEO-optimised landing pages and digital content to strengthen our online presence.

Collaboration:

You’ll work closely with:

  • The performance marketing team to align and enhance campaign results.
  • The PR and communications team to amplify key messages and stories.
  • The creative team to ensure consistency and innovation in our brand’s look and feel.
  • Property teams to highlight great stories including our people, our suppliers and more. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Lots of experience doing this type of role already and able to demonstrate past work.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. 
  • The ability to tell stories that evoke emotions, spark interest, and create lasting impressions.
  • A deep understanding of the food and hospitality sector and its ability to connect people.
  • A proactive, innovative approach to content creation and customer engagement.
  • A deep understanding of social media. 
  • Website management skills
  • A passion for elevating the customer experience through authentic storytelling.
