The agency operates with a strong emphasis on data quality, accuracy, and insight-led storytelling. Data plays a central role in shaping campaigns, forecasts, and strategic decisions, making this a business-critical hire.


THE TEAM

You’ll join a small, close-knit data team operating as a central triage point for the wider agency. The team supports a broad range of data-driven questions, from campaign performance and forecasting to CRM insight and client reporting.

The environment is collaborative, autonomous, and fast-paced. Chemistry and cultural fit are essential, with individuals trusted to own their work, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
