OVERALL SUMMARY

Lead on the Business Readiness strategy, working in partnership with key business stakeholders to agree all business needs and carry forward to a successful rollout

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Business & Solution Architecture teams on documentation/artefact updates from a Solution Integrity perspective (Architecture diagrams, Integration Catalogue, functional capabilities, etc)
  • Input and assist business and solution architecture teams to provide solutions gaps and create business requirements or business solution documents
  • Support Data Architect with the data model definition and market data flow diagrams
  • Own and centralise Market Data requirements across the programme and work with the business leads to ensure the correct data contracts are in place with third parties  
  • Create Non-functional requirements documentation and design & agree how this feeds to test workstream assurance
  • Co-ordinate and feed into client artefact changes, such as terms and conditions updates and general client updates from a client experience perspective
  • Oversee the creation of operational process flows, working alongside the other programme workstreams to ensure processes are fully defined from an end-to-end solution perspective  
  • Work alongside Colleague Communications team to develop comms strategy and provide required material for regular internal updates
  • Ensure effective training strategy is developed and work with L&D team and vendors to execute
  • Coordination of business procedure updates (accountability sits with business owners inc items requested for DR/BCP/Risk review)
  • Create Model Office strategy, ensuring that the needs of all programme workstreams are catered for and are aligned  
  • SLA assurance planning
  • Control and assure all RCSA updates are made ahead of go-live
  • Co-ordination of Support model definition across all programme workstreams and vendors
  • Liaison between Model office/ Business Readiness and integration with Migration and Cutover workstream (e.g Run Book / first occurrence validation)
  • Define the approach to, and execution of, business firsts (first valuation statements, tax statements, fees runs etc)
  • Support the overall Anchor CX (positive & Negative), including key client experience enabling areas
  • Ensure effective floorwalking and early life support through all workstream resources and support capacity

Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is highly experienced at engaging with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
  • Good understanding of business change and software development life cycles and approaches, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems.
  • Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills, and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
  • Able to apply business and technical expertise to assignments in other specialist areas and business domains.
  • Understands the organisation's IT/Information Systems plans, and business objectives.
  • Demonstrates a responsible and disciplined approach, even under pressure.
  • Experience in understanding and defining ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states of client journeys, operating models, business processes as well as MI & Reporting.
  • The role will require contribution to the identification and impact assessment of programme and project issues and risks.
