You'll join a nimble team of 70 based in 10 countries: we're a 100%-remote business so we all work from home, getting together from time to time when we can. About the role As the Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing data pipelines as well as performing analysis and reporting based on the data. This role is essential for turning complex data into actionable insight across the business, but also maintains a degree of freedom to creatively explore for new intelligence and improvements to processes. Reporting to the Data Team Lead , and working with team members from any aspect of the company, you will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. We have a strong bias to action as a company, prioritising operational efficiency over unnecessary bureaucracy.
