T2M are recruiting on behalf of a leading retail business for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-growing group of companies who are keen to develop the commercial and business insights function to provide high quality data that will support the further growth of the business.

This role as a Business Intelligence Analyst can be completed from their offices in Birmingham.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse supply chain and operational performance metrics using Power BI and other BI tools
  
  
• Development and delivery of accurate and timely management information
  
  
• Developing KPI data and reporting formats
  
  
• Ongoing development of high-quality data source reports
  
  
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
  
  
• Track and evaluate supply chain KPIs, trends, and forecasts to uncover potential growth opportunities
  
  
• Deliver key insights to inform and enhance supply chain and operational strategies.
  
  
• Convert data into engaging reports and performance metrics.
  
  
• Work closely with IT, data engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of data
  
  Requirements to be a successful Business Intelligence Analyst:
  
  
• Highly analytical with a passion for delivering top quality data in a format that will clearly illustrate business performance and opportunities
  
  
• Experience in a business intelligence role (Desirable 3+ years)
  
  
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX queries, Power Query, and report creation
  
  
• Great with big data! Used to working with large and complex data sets.
  
  
• Exceptional Excel skills
  
  
• Articulate and inquisitive – able to question, challenge and make recommendations
  
  
• Commercially savvy and passionate about supporting business growth and success
  
  
• Experience in using SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
  
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Commercially orientated
  
  This role is based from their offices in Solihull and they have 2 days remote working
