Join our team as a Data Analyst supporting the Gas Safe Register!

As the Data Analyst, you'll play a key part in delivering business-critical management information and performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll work with data from a variety of Capita and client systems, using your analytical skills to interrogate data and develop insightful reporting solutions that align with client needs.

You'll also support the team's day-to-day operations by producing accurate, quality-assured reports on time, maintaining and enhancing a suite of Power BI dashboards, and responding to ad-hoc data requests. Additionally, you'll contribute to a range of reporting and data analysis projects that help drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What you'll be doing
  • Collating, interrogating and analysing data, using a variety of technologies and techniques
  • Designing, developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI, in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and presented reports
  • Troubleshooting and investigating reporting anomalies
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Responding to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner, using multiple data sources
What we're looking forEssential Skills & Experience
  • Power BI including M, DAX, and dataflows
  • SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience in designing, developing and delivering reporting solutions and data analysis
  • Experience creating data visualisations and interactive dashboards and reports
