Are you a detail-focused BA with experience in ERP data migration?


We’re looking for a Data Mapping Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration to Oracle Fusion. You'll define and document mappings from legacy systems and bespoke platforms, working closely with technical and test teams to ensure a smooth transition of HR, payroll, inventory, and procurement data.


You’ll also support ETL tool selection, data cleansing, and post-load validation activities, playing a key role in ensuring the integrity and success of the migration.


Experience Needed:

• Hands-on experience in data mapping and migration for ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)

• Familiar with HR, Payroll, Inventory, and Procurement data domains

• Strong data analysis skills (SQL knowledge beneficial)

• Experience supporting ETL workflows and validation processes

• Understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures

• Comfortable working with technical, business, and test teams
