About the Company

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a fast-paced and dynamic client of ours who have experienced significant growth. This hybrid role involves three days on-site in Southampton and two days remote working each week.


About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, looking to grow and develop their career.


Responsibilities

  • Work in an agile, cross-functional environment to map business processes, identify gaps, and improve workflows.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Participate in various projects across the organisation, including data migration and system implementations.
  • Develop an understanding of data analysis, cloud technologies, and Azure while staying eager to learn and grow professionally.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
  • Exposure to Power BI and experience creating dashboards.
  • Advantageous but not essential: experience with Databricks, SQL, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working in highly regulated sectors.
  • A degree from a university or an equivalent qualification.
  • Full rights to live and work in the UK permanently.
  • Availability to start in January 2024.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Southampton three days per week.
