We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various business systems and databases.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, delivering actionable insights.
  • Create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting templates, and data metrics systems.
  • Collaborate with IT or data engineering teams to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor7s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years work experience preferred in business, market, or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Skilled in at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
