We work in a uniquely collaborativemodel across the firm and throughout all levels of the clientorganization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll Do We are seeking a strong candidate with experienceand passion to join a People Experience and Strategic ProgramsManager position located in London.Key responsibilities include:* Supporting Global People Experience leadership to drive strategicprograms and objectives, including uplifting our EVP, embedding XCulture, and enabling data driven decision-making * Leading specialprojects outside the scope of ordinary business operations tosupport business and strategic objective, e.g. the launch of ourEVP, ongoing evolution and development of our Xconnect platform *Establishing and conducting robust quantitative analyses andreporting to inform key business decisions (e.g. People Survey)Working alongside other members of the X People function and acrossour Chapters, e.g. DEI, Teaming * Preparing and deliveringpresentations and content that provide insights and influence keybusiness decisions * Engaging stakeholders across X functions andBCG independently to ensure effective delivery of our People agendaManaging and executing projects efficiently; providing hands-onsupport to multiple activities, often requiring strong consultingskills (slide writing, general modeling and data analysis,effective communication, etc.) * Communicating with senior leadersand being a connection point for the communityYou're good at:Cross functional impact supporting change and innovation agendas inthe business * Navigating highly ambiguous networks of stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication, able to create highquality presentations * Strong problem solving and analyticalskills * Excellent command of the English language * Strong workethic, service-mentality, autonomous and self-starter * Ability tomulti-task, prioritize, operate effectively in a matrixorganization and a fast-paced environment, proactively manageexpectations * Ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders,credibility, strong interpersonal skills * Collaborative teamplayer, ability to maintain discretion when needed What You'llBring * Consulting experience preferred * Min 3 years experience ina similar role * Advanced analytics capabilities (Excel, Tableauetc) * People strategy and communications planning expertise *Experience in PMO and project management implementing change withina matrixed and complex organization preferably professionalservices industry * Proven advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills *Bachelors' degree required, Master degree preferable Who You'llWork With * Global People Senior Director, Global People Chair, XCulture Chair, all BCG X People Leadership * BST SD/XD functionaland regional leaders * CT and BST teams to inform analysis andother strategies as required Boston Consulting Group is an EqualOpportunity Employer.
