PMX EMEA is the regional centre for trading excellence building community and reputation for investment scale and performance. We connect markets to drive regional excellence innovating, building and establishing products, methodologies, tools and people to drive trading excellence and growth market to market and as a region. We have teams delivering Investment & Accountability, Partnerships & Standards, Commercials, Value Based Solutions alongside centralised digital support around data, technology partner evaluation and consultancy tools.

THE TEAM

We are a central digital team within PMX EMEA providing support and resource to our EMEA markets around data, partnerships, standards and consultancy.


Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Data & Platforms will be responsible for developing and deploying our data focused services around audience solutions and data responsibility and ensuring that PMX products align with evolving privacy regulations. The role will involve evaluating potential partners against our privacy and responsible data frameworks and evolving those frameworks in the context of expert understanding of evolving privacy regulations.

PEOPLE:

  • Work closely with Data & Tech communities across EMEA to align efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify data & technology consulting opportunities
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required workstreams
  • Network with vendors in the data and tech space to build understanding of offerings

PLACES:

  • Support the creation and deployment of the PMX Knowledge Framework (our vendor assessment tool) as well as adoption of our other products.
  • Help define the long-term vision of the PMX Knowledge Framework as the central tool for evaluating digital partners and ensuring the information is accessible.
  • Act as a connective tissue between relevant teams, practice and market leads to grow adoption of other Responsible Data tools and share project learnings for clients.

PROGRAMS:

  • Drive and support the adoption and understanding of the vision, strategy, and evolution of the Responsible Data Consulting and the PMX Knowledge Framework
  • Organise and lead meetings with leadership, key stakeholders from specialist areas, agencies, markets, etc. within the Groupe to understand needs & how PMX can support.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to consult on client challenges and identify opportunities to increase Responsible Data consulting around consent and privacy challenges

Key OKRs:

  • Successfully lead creation and utilisation of PMX Knowledge Framework
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Publicis Teams who feed into PMX Knowledge Framework
  • Track monthly and annual progress on regional adoption
  • Seamlessly project manage priority programs


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in ad tech industry with strong understanding of privacy & compliance
  • Client consulting and marketing platforms knowledge
  • Ability to create a strong narrative from data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital channels and / or performance marketing
  • Proficient in one or more of programmatic, search, social and commerce channels
  • A passion for driving change and problem solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams
