This includes the delivery model covering both internal delivery and external supply chain, management of key stakeholder relationships and strategic governance etc.Target Operating Model: Designing and deploying a new operating model for capital project delivery.Programme Turnaround: Helping clients to re-establish confidence in the delivery of their programmes, usually through the establishment of effective project and programme management, governance and the management information needed to support effective decision making.Programme Assurance: Reviewing the performance of major infrastructure programmes to identify areas for improvement.Infrastructure Asset Management: Supporting organisations to identify, design and implement programmes to drive performance and improve cost efficiency.Supporting digital & technology transformation across Capital Programmes, Asset Management and Real Estate by:Design and develop digital strategies, innovation roadmaps and target operating models to help guide the technology modernisation and customer experience initiatives.Guide and inform clients on the optimisation of data, standards and governance and integrations that enable the use of AI and machine learning tools to drive business insights and process automation.Supporting sustainability across Capital Programmes, Asset Management and Real Estate such as supporting clients in understanding their carbon footprint, mapping the route to Net Zero, making the case for change / investment and supporting the transformation of their portfolio.Supporting Public and Private sector organisations to utilise their estate more effectively, deliver change and support their business by:Making sure the estate is the right size and in the right place to enable business outcomes.Defining how accommodation can reflect future ways of working and the needs of both the business and its employees.Helping transform operating models and processes to run estates more efficiently.Connect to your skills and professional experienceEssential Requirements:Desired key skills and experience:Professionally qualified with relevant qualification - CEng, MICE, ChPP or equivalent level of experience;Experience in the real estate and/or infrastructure construction sectors;  Excellent analytical skills - desirable but not essential to have data analytics experience i.e. use of data visualisation software such as Power Bi or tableau;Excellent presentation and report writing skills;  The ability to build strong client relationships; and  The ability to travel as required (opportunity to work on assignments overseas).Connect to your business - Strategy, Risk & Transactions AdvisoryIn an ever-evolving world, there are no certainties in business.
