Support streamlining our workflows and improving productivity, working with our channels experts to make effective use of Microsoft tools and platforms.
Understand our goals and the route map for our channels transformation and help shape the data narrative to improve the colleague experience.
Be curious, with an appetite to implement and run AI solutions to enhance business operations and improve colleague experiences.
Data AnalysisAnalyse key themes using data from a range of sources; identify trends, hot spots, and underlying drivers using robust data science methods, shaping data into actionable insights.
Work with channels experts to translate business and audience requirements and interpret data to help to inform future direction.
Benchmark internal data, tracking and A/B testing.
Leverage established networks to bring the outside in to keep up to speed on data science best practise.
Upskill and educate GCA and its Partners on the importance of data, supporting them to learn, interpret, and report regular insights.
Data CommunicationClearly articulate key data-driven trends and insights to Partners, providing actionable recommendations and drawing the ‘so what’ from the data.
Prepare and present reports on project progress and data analysis findings.

What you\'ll needExperience: Relevant degree level qualification or proven experience in data science role.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
