We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Data Analyst (Power BI) to join our Data Warehouse / Reporting team.


Pay: £35,000 per annum


Hours: 40 hours per week


Location: Hybrid Remote Dunstable


Interviews: To be held in Dunstable branch or via Teams

The role

As an Assistant Data Analyst (Power BI), you will be responsible for assisting in the designing, developing and testing reports and dashboards in Power BI, along with supporting the migration of existing SSRS reports to Power BI.


You will provide support for PTV route optimization systems, Sapphire administration tasks, Salesforce administration and BOT automation initiatives, while data analysis and reporting will also play a key part of the role. You will liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest solutions using Power Platform capabilities, and develop hands on experience with SQL development and data optimisation.


About You

This role calls for a detail-oriented IT literate professional who is proficient in tools like Excel and BI to generate meaningful insights that drive operational improvements.


Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to provide support to colleagues on all levels. A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach will help you navigate challenges and contribute to continuous improvements.


While experience in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate are desirable they are not essential to fulfil this role what matters most is your willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in data integration processes or academic projects/internships in a related field it would be an added advantage. Above all, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering valuable insights that enhance business performance.
