Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding digital reputation consultancy, is seeking a BD Manager who excels in sourcing new leads from FTSE100 companies and engaging with senior decision-makers. This role demands a polished professional with a strong marketing acumen, capable of managing and qualifying inbound leads effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within FTSE100 companies and global business leaders.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Inbound Lead Management: Qualify and manage incoming leads to ensure alignment with the offerings and ethics of the business.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to enhance lead generation efforts and refine messaging strategies.


Requirements:


Experience: Proven track record (3+ years) in business development, particularly in engaging with high-profile clients and in polished, professional environment that is infused with AI and machine learning. UK experience essential, London experience ideal.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Networking Ability: Demonstrated success in building networks within the high level business and corporate sector.

AI appetite: This is an AI driven environment that harnesses the powers of human intelligence and machine intelligence. We are looking for someone who brings a solid grasp of AI, the potentials within AI and a future-focused view on the marketplace and the world of business.
