You will be working with stakeholders across thePersonal Lines business to lead on the execution of innovative datascience solutions to drive better business and customer outcomesfor our Retail business. You will build an excellent understandingof the business, its strategy, and its objectives. You will lead ateam focused on delivering solutions to support those objectivesand exercise license to be creative in exploring new and innovativeways of generating value from data. The ideal candidate will alsohave experience of designing, building, and implementing datascience solutions within the Pricing & UW Analytics field.Skills and experience we’re looking for: * A track record ofsolving complex non-routine problems preferably with expertise insome of the following areas: Statistics, Machine Learning, DeepLearning & AI. * Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills - able to communicate complex ideas in anunderstandable way often to non-specialists. * Good commercialacumen skills and can think and act strategically. * Ability todeliver projects, working collaboratively with colleagues acrossthe business, or external suppliers. * Highly numerate and/oreducated to degree or postgraduate (MSc) in a field such asMathematics, Statistics or Computer Science would be an advantagefor this role. What you’ll get for this role: * National Salary£70,000 - £95,000. London Salary £85,000 - £110,000. (depending onlocation, skills, experience, and qualifications) * Bonusopportunity 12% of annual salary.
