What You'llBring * 10 to 15 years' experience in Tech strategy andconsulting or IT project management. * You will have relevantexperience from a top consulting firm (focused on technology,digital initiatives) and have led the design and management of ITimplementation and strategy projects. * A strategic thinker,entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in aproblem-solving environment * Outstanding analytical and conceptualskills, strong customer focus and mental agility with a resultsorientation * Experience in the Insurance or finance industries,with strong technical expertise in banking or insurance platforms.  * Strong expertise working with Data and Cloud technologies.* Ability to balance dogmatism and pragmatism to guide decisionmaking. * Able to present different architecture models to clients,develop MVP architecture and IT landscape modernisation roadmaps. *Deep expertise with modern toolsets in Agile environments, legacymodernization and modern approaches to technology. * Know-how todrive operational and client service excellence, presenting projectresults to C-Level. * Have experience with, and understand how tolead, legacy integration and remediation (facades, stranglerapproaches, et. al.). * Ability to work under pressure andwillingness to travel to clients world-wide. * University degreewith above-average academic performance in amathematical-scientific field, information technology, engineering,or business administration. * For candidates based in London:Fluent in English. * For candidates based in The Netherlands:Fluent in English; Dutch is highly desirable. * For candidatesbased in Belgium: Fluent in English, with French or Flemish as anadditional requirement.
