Job Title: Application and Data Support Analyst Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Peaple Talent has partnered with an award-winning investment solutions platform with an entrepreneurial and innovative culture. They are looking for an Application and Data Support Analyst to join their IT team. You will play a key role in triaging and managing support requests, resolving application and database issues, and working with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth delivery of technical support.

Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues
Manage and triage support requests from internal and external sources
Analyse and query production data using SQL
Produce reports and dashboards for business and technical teams
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and developers
Support quality assurance and compliance within a regulated environment

Proven experience in a customer or technical support role
Strong SQL skills in a production environment (querying, updating, analysing data)
Experience with support software and ticket management
Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities
Knowledge of financial services is desirable (regulated environment experience beneficial)
Hybrid working (3 days onsite in Bristol)
