This is an exciting role within CPS as we expand our new AI department which is growing in areas such as Copilot and Azure AI Services. The position involves a mix of workshops and facilitating the adoption and training of AI across a wide range of industries. The primary focus of the role is on client delivery, ensuring that we provide top-tier consultative services that drive innovation and excellence in AI implementation. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in leveraging the latest AI technologies to create impactful solutions and share your expertise through various channels.

This role is customer-facing and focuses on client delivery, playing a crucial part in aiding customers to integrate AI into their organisations. As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring that they derive maximum value from Microsoft's cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering customer engagements:

  • Deliver customer engagements including MCI programs to help customers get value from Microsoft technology
  • Deliver training sessions to range of audiences from end-user to stakeholders
  • Deliver client workshops to a high standard, ensuring they are engaging and informative
  • Documenting the findings of workshops in the form of current state assessments, recommendations and actions arising within the workshops 
  • Management of the expectations of clients involved in workshops 
  • Travel on site to support clients with technology rollouts if required

 

Support the growth of knowledge and skills within CPS by: 

  • Learning the latest Microsoft 365 technologies 
  • Building demonstrations of the latest technology 
  • Sharing the knowledge internally within CPS 
  • Delivering a professional, customer focused and high performing consultative service 
  • Ensuring that all content provided to customers is of the highest quality and has been through the internal quality assurance checks before being published 
  • Promoting CPS as an expert source of knowledge regarding the latest technologies through blogs, and social media, etc. 
  • Contributing to the internal processes and standards to ensure that the outcome of engagements is always improving 
  • Passing exams required for CPS to achieve recognition from Microsoft
  • Conducting thorough research and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
  • Participating in conferences and workshops to share expertise and learn from industry peers
