The AI Sales Integration Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between AI innovations and sales and marketing operations, ensuring the seamless integration and effective use of AI solutions to drive business value , enhance customer engagement , and increase sales . This position reports to the Director of Data Science and AI and is part of the Data Science and AI Team located in Cambridge, UK, and will be on-s ite . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Inspire and lead by example , foster a culture of innovation in which AI-derived opportunities are readily translated in to sales and marketing actions . - D esign and optimize AI-enhanced sales and marketing processes to drive business values . - Work closely with sales and marketing teams, and align across Danaher's Operating Companies, to enable smooth implementation and effective use of commercial AI solutions in daily operations. - Map sales and marketing requirements to AI outputs , ensure the se are practical , beneficial , and embedd ed to maximize business value . - Analyze and track the value and impact of AI initiatives on business performance , identify and mitigate risks . - Ensure alignment with business goals, success criteria, and maintenance of high-quality standards . - Manage a diverse team and foster a culture of achievement and continuous improvement and positivity within the team. The essential requirements of the job include: - BSc , MSc or equivalent experience in a field related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales . - Proven experience in project management, sales and marketing, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving business value. - Leadership and team management experience , with the ability to inspire and lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the impact of initiatives, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks . - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align efforts across multiple organizations . It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Salesforce, Oracle - Danaher's or Abcam's sales and marketing processes. - Please note that technical or AI experience is a plus, but not required for this role.
