They are seeking a talented AI Developer to join a busy London-based regulatory technology team. The provided software empowers their clients' Compliance Officers to stay on top of their compliance obligations while enabling their staff to fulfil them more efficiently.

You will be responsible for:
Integrating AI into an existing SaaS platform, particularly for analysing technical and legal documents, including the FCA Handbook. The goal is to improve accuracy in regulatory compliance and enhance ability to detect compliance issues. Implementing AI-driven solutions and identifying areas for improvement within the platform. Collaborating with the AI team to enhance Leo's solutions and ensure they are forward-thinking and effective. Training and fine-tuning AI models specifically for the RegTech industry. Work on machine learning, natural language processing and big data analysis. Conducting requirements analysis and feasibility studies for new AI features. Reporting project status and development progress. Participating in project meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
Requirements:
3 years of proven commercial experience in applying AI to SaaS platforms. Experience in implementing AI solutions and identifying optimisation opportunities. Basic understanding of C# .NET and React. Minimum of 2:1 university degree or equivalent. Familiarity with SQL Server. Familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g. model-view-controller, controller-service repository), REST API, Entity Framework, Azure or similar hosted services. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Some experience in developing integrations with external authenticated APIs. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Interest in the regulatory industry and possible knowledge of FCA regulations or investment funds and related operations.
