Full Time, Fixed Term 18 months, Salary £40,737 – £49,365. 40% office based in Richmond & Wandsworth.

Utilise your Power BI and coding skills to lead our social care managers to data‑driven decision‑making. We will help you channel your passion towards making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults and carers.

About The Role

You will work within the Assurance and Innovation Division in the Adult Social Care and Public Health Directorate, alongside operational services, IT, and commissioners, to deliver performance monitoring and reporting in social care systems. You will use national and local data sources to provide visibility of performance and service user experience.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Enjoy working in a constantly changing and busy environment.
  • Be a self‑starter who is comfortable working individually as well as part of a team.
  • Have an inquisitive mindset, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Be comfortable planning, leading, and delivering complex data solutions to improve performance and deliver better services for residents.
  • Have a strong quantitative analytical background and be able to draw out key messages from large datasets.
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to explain data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Have highly developed IT skills including SQL, R or Python, Power BI and PowerQuery.
  • Have good project management skills and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues across large organisations.
