We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.


As an analyst, you will work alongside departmental and global stakeholders to collect quantitative and qualitative data, devise dashboards and provide high‑value analytics to support clients and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise and coordinate with Marsh colleagues globally to ensure timely receipt of data
  • Interpret qualitative data and convert it to quantitative data in order to provide data insights
  • Design and produce overview documents to be easily used in internal facility performance reviews
  • Assist in the development of automation procedures and processes to maintain services that will build up over timeRecommend improvements and efficiencies to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings
  • Support the team broadly by managing day‑to‑day aspects for portfolio analytics

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and methodical in approach
  • Keen on understanding processes and naturally want to use data to drive performance improvement
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data in Excel
  • Detail‑oriented individual
  • Ability to build relationships internally at all levels of senior management and peers within other departments

Desired Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Background in insurance or finance
  • An analytical degree
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
