We have an exciting opportunity to become a full time Account Executive, working closely with the Account managers on a variety of exciting projects!

We have a hybrid working policy and you will have the choice to work where you feel most productive, working out of the office in Stoke on Trent when required. 

Purpose of the role:

You will be the face of Dee Set, as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.

By establishing and maintaining relationships, with new and existing customers, and providing support to the Account manager,  you will ensure the profitable growth of existing business and seek to develop new business opportunities.

Always ensuring that our customer's needs and expectations are met.

Key Objectives:

Provide day to day support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Build strong relationships with brands and always deliver excellent customer service to support business growth.

Provide day to day administrative support to the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.

Manage key daily and weekly processes, to ensure smooth delivery of on-going activity.

Responsibilities of the role:

Support the management of a dynamic portfolio of accounts with Retailers and Brands.

Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times.

Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement in response to changing customer requirements

Ensure all administration tasks and processes are completed accurately and to deadline to ensure work is completed as required to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Understand and improve weekly processes and ways of working to support on-going service excellence.

Monitor and deliver financial KPI's including sales and profitability budget.

Ensure all customer briefs are managed and tracked from booking to invoicing, using established processes.

Work with all internal support functions to ensure all work is completed as required to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Work closely with the wider team to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.

Work closely with the Data Science team to ensure reporting requirements are met internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will: 

You will be an excellent communicator with demonstrable negotiating and influencing skills.

Be a good listener that is highly customer focused, with a consultative and collaborative account management style.

Have the ability to build trust and rapport, developing strong, lasting customer .relationships.

Have a can do attitude, with the drive and tenacity to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.

Have an ability to understand and identify customer needs and develop practical, compelling solutions.

Be able to engage passionately and proactively with external and internal stakeholders alike.

Be financially aware and able to work to budgets and to deliver agreed performance targets.

Have good written, Excel, oral and communication skills, capable of operating professionally within retailer and supplier environments.

Be efficient and organised, with the ability to self-motivate whilst working remotely.

Strive to relentlessly improve.

Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
