The Role: Data Analyst The successfulcandidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analysing,and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights tovarious departments across the business, including marketing,sales, and operations. They will work closely with stakeholders tounderstand their needs and translate them into data-drivensolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gathering and cleaning data fromvarious sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Performingexploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, andanomalies. - Developing and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reportsand dashboards using data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). - Conducting in-depth analysis on customer behaviour, websiteperformance, marketing campaigns, and sales data. - Providingactionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improvebusiness outcomes. - Collaborating with different teams tounderstand their data requirements and provide relevant analysis. -Contributing to the development and improvement of data collectionand analysis processes. - Staying up-to-date with the latest dataanalysis techniques and tools. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: -Proven experience (typically 2+ years) working as a Data Analyst,ideally within an e-commerce environment. - Strong proficiency inSQL and experience working with relational databases. - Experiencewith data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, orsimilar. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with theability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear andconcise insights. - Strong communication and presentation skills,with the ability to effectively communicate findings to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences. - Experience withstatistical analysis and data modelling techniques. - Familiaritywith web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - A proactiveand self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail. -The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of ateam.
