ABOUT THE PROGRAM

As a Full Time Analyst in the Data & Analytics organization at JPMorganChase, you will deliver excellence at the intersection of data science, research, and business domain expertise. You will work on projects focusing on machine learning, business intelligence, data engineering, and visualization, combining your technical skills and understanding of the business context to collaboratively develop end-to-end solutions with commercial, real-world impact on our clients and customers.

Whether you’re working on projects that focus on machine learning, business intelligence, data engineering, and/or visualization, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical skills and understanding of the business context to collaboratively develop end-to-end solutions with commercial, real-world impact on our clients and customers. 

Our areas of focus include Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Classical Machine Learning, Time Series, Automation, and Interpretability of results in relation to business objectives.

 Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your professional interests, mentorship, engaging speaker series with senior leaders and more.

Create innovative solutions that make a difference for our customers, clients, and employees. Work on agile teams with peers and experienced data scientists

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related major with analytically rigorous coursework, including at least one completed course related to quantitative analytics with an expected graduation between December 2025 and August 2026 Knowledge of and proficiency in Python and willingness to learn and apply other languages such as SQL 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Knowledge of machine learning / data science theory, techniques and tools and experience working with large disparate data sets Experience in mathematics and statistics modelling Awareness of big data technologies (Hive, Hadoop, Spark) and/or computer clusters Awareness of standard analytical tech stacks (Jupyter Notebooks, AWS, Spark, PyTorch, R, Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings in an understandable manner to a non-technical audience  Clearly explain thought processes and understand instructions, while actively seeking clarification when needed Knowledge about applications of statistics, analytical methods, and large language models (LLMs) would considered be a plus
