Over a 12-monthperiod, you will gain hands-on experience in applying computationaltechniques to real-world challenges. As part of the CrossIndication team, you will work across multiple programme areas,applying computational methods to multi-omics data. This teamsupports target identification and validation efforts, combiningbiological insights with state-of-the-art computational tools. Yourresponsibilities - Perform computational analyses on multi-omicsdatasets to support target discovery efforts. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to integrate computational findings intoexperimental workflows. - Develop and refine computationalpipelines for data analysis and visualisation. - Contribute toadvancing methodologies for interpreting complex biologicaldatasets. Professionally, you have - PhD in computational biology,bioinformatics, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python fordata analysis and computational modelling. - Strong problem-solvingand analytical skills in handling biological data. - Ability towork effectively in interdisciplinary teams. Desirable knowledge orexperiences - Experience with single-cell data analysis. -Familiarity with machine learning techniques in biologicalcontexts.
