We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager whocan dive deep into engineering to understand technical challengesand constraints; work with sales to understand prospectivecustomer’s pain points; and coordinate ideal messaging withmarketing - all while maintaining focus on our customers. Thisperson will be as talented at communication as they are at analysisand user discovery. Recognizing that a product manager is moreeffective at leading through persuasion than decree, thisindividual is an expert in artful communication across functionalroles, teams, and personalities to influence company trajectory.Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be just as comfortablediscussing searches internally as they are with external partnersand current or prospective customers. Day-to-day you will: * Createand socialize a compelling roadmap that translates into aniterative and value-driven backlog. * Orchestrate go-to-marketactivities with sales and marketing. * Conduct customer and userinterviews to better understand pain points and productopportunities. * Drive cross-team coordination and collaborationwith your fellow Product Managers to maximize delivered customervalue. * Work to support major new customer onboarding wherenecessary. * Perform competitive research and analysis, andregularly report it back to the team. * Research market trends, andmake sure were planning for where the market will be in a fewyears, not just today. * Drive product definition, strategy,long-term vision and you have the autonomy to go after the largestopportunities, regardless of where they fall within the userjourney.
